How do I get a repeat prescription?
In order to protect our staff and patients from the COVID – 19 virus and to avoid queues outside the surgery in the winter weather we are implementing the following procedures for ordering and collecting prescriptions from 1st October 2020:
You will need to order prescriptions either via your chemist or our on line tools; you will no longer be able to put your request in at the surgery box. Please provide the surgery with your pharmacy choice; prescriptions will then be sent directly to your pharmacy for you to collect your medication; you will no longer be able to collect repeat prescriptions from the surgery.
Prescriptions can be ordered online via this website using our easy order form which can be found in ‘Order Repeat Prescriptions’ under the ‘Services’ tab. Alternatively if you are signed up to My Health On line you can request a prescription via the MHOL service.
You can also order your prescriptions via our e consult service.
If you do not have internet access and are unable to comply with the above you can post your requests to us, enclosing a stamped addressed envelope and we will post your prescription back to you.

Please order your repeat medication well before you run out and allow two working days (48 hours) before collecting your prescription. Patients are reminded that all prescriptions received after 3pm will require 72 hours to process.
For patients collecting from Pearn’s Pharmacy Wilson Road please allow 5 working days from the day to order until you collect from the pharmacy.
WE DO NOT TAKE REQUESTS FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS OVER THE TELEPHONE.
